David is a Principal of Corporate Dynamix, which he started in 1992 with Carolyn Stokes. Prior to starting his recruiting career, David was a Regional Director for Victor Technologies. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Management. David lives in Phoenix, is married, has one daughter, and is an avid golfer.

Carolyn Stokes

CAROLYN STOKES is a Principal of Corporate Dynamix, an executive recruiting and placement firm that she co-founded with David Sterenfeld in 1992. She has been an executive recruiter since 1988. From her office in Los Angeles, Carolyn specializes in the placement of pre-sales engineers, consultants, marketing management, and technical support personnel, exclusively in high tech-related industries. Over the past decade, she has successfully placed well over 300 candidates. Carolyn works closely with all sizes of companies, including Fortune 500 and industry leaders, rapid-growers and start-up's. Many of her placements have been with internet companies and have involved stock-compensation arrangements.

Carolyn believes an outstanding recruiter must provide outstanding service to both employer and candidate, by in-depth understanding of the employer's products, needs, and corporate culture; careful screening of credentials and references; precise matching of the right candidate to the right position; clear communication to the employer of the candidate's strengths and weaknesses; and persistent follow-through. Prior to becoming an executive recruiter, Carolyn worked in the information technology field for five years. She has a B.A. degree in communications (with a minor in marketing) from California State University at Stanislaus. She is married and has one son.

Brian was one of the four individuals who founded MDSI in 1991. He had previously worked for a nationwide search firm for approximately nine years. Due to his fifteen plus years of experience, he is recognized by his peers and clients as an expert in his field. Since day one, the Southeastern section of the United States has been his personal territory. He graduated from Pace University in 1982 with a BBA in Business. Brian also served in the United States Marine Corp. for six years.

Brian covers the states of Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Maryland, and also Washington D.C.

Victor Delray
